Here at the Lancaster County Community Center, we know that chess can serve great benefits for the mind. Chess has been linked to improving concentration, problem solving capabilities, critical, original, and creative thinking, and even mathematical skills.
The Chess Club meets at the LCCC every first Saturday of the month from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
The club is led by Bernard Baker. You can find out more about Bernard and his impressive chess history by visiting http://www.cmsca.org/bernard.php
